Fish Curry

Hi awesome people how about a fish curry recipe? This is the most simplest to make full of flavor

750g tilapia fish fillets
1 tablespoon garlic ginger paste
Juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon oil
Salt to taste

marinate the Fish with the garlic ginger paste, lime juice, cayenne pepper and salt to taste. Let it stay with the marinade for 1 hour then pan sear the fish on both sides until golden brown about 5 minutes each side, Once browned and cooked remove from the pan and set aside.

let's make some tomato concasse
4 tomatoes cut into wedges
100g tomato paste
1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste
1 onion roughly cut
1 tablespoon oil
Juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon while black pepper
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Handful of coriander leaves
Salt to taste

In a blender Blend the tomatoes, black pepper, Coriander until smooth
In a hot pan with oil fry the onions until golden brown, add the garlic ginger paste, turmeric then pour in the blended tomato mixture cook for 5 minutes then add in the tomato paste and lime juice, adjust seasoning with salt and cook until thick. place the cooked fish on top of the sauce serve the fish with any of your favorite naan or chapati. Enjoy
